93 major projects under way in Amaravati, says MA&UD Minister

Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) P. Narayana said that 93 major projects were under execution in Amaravati and a total of 119 projects were proposed, Letters of Award given for 103 projects, and four projects were completed. He was speaking in the Legislative Assembly.A total of 71,299 returnable plots were allotted to 30,173 farmers who gave their lands under the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS), he said in reply to a question by MLAs Tenali Sravan Kumar and Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary on the status of infrastructure works.The Minister said a financial tie-up of nearly ₹41,188 crore has been secured from World Bank-ADB, HUDCO, NABARD and NaBFID and sum of ₹12,732 crore has been spent since 2024.
