£8 million scheme to send 200 Albanian prisoners back to their home has seen 13 go in three years

An £8 million plan to remove 200 of Albania's most dangerous criminals from British prisons has seen just 13 sent home in three years. The prisoner transfer agreement was signed in 2023.
