8 escape harm as motorboat capsizes off Romblon amid bad weather

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Eight crew members, including the captain, of landing craft tank (LCT) “PMI 3,” escaped unhurt after the motorized banca they were riding capsized off Looc, Romblon. This happened amid strong waves generated by the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Sunday (August 30).  They were returning to
