₹8.62 crore development works launched in Hosapete

Gaviyappa on Sunday performed the bhoomi puja for development works worth ₹8.62 crore aimed at strengthening educational, residential and drinking water infrastructure in Hosapete.The works include construction of a post-matric girls hostel at Jambunathanahalli and an overhead water tank with a pipeline network under the Amrit Nagarothana scheme.The post-matric girls hostel for students belonging to the Scheduled Tribes community will be constructed at an estimated cost of ₹4.55 crore at Jambunathanahalli.The 14,000 sq ft facility is expected to provide accommodation
