51 families evacuated as Baguio City reels from incessant rain

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — The enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat) and recent tropical cyclones triggered landslides, flooding, and tree falls, causing damage to houses across this city and forcing dozens of families to evacuate, according to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO).
