₹47-crore wholesale fish market planned in Hyderabad under ₹353-crore fisheries push

The Centre has approved fisheries development projects worth ₹353.01 crore in Telangana under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY), including a state-of-the-art wholesale fish market in Hyderabad with comprehensive cold chain facilities at a cost of ₹47.03 crore.This was informed by Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Lalan Singh) in a written reply to a question raised by Rajya Sabha member K.
