Death toll reaches 97, cases 35,846 4 MIN(s) UPDATED 4 MIN(s) Star Online Report Visual: Shaikh Sultana Jahan Badhon At least four dengue patients died and 1,163 others were hospitalised in the 24 hours till 8:00 am this morning -- the highest number of hospitalisations recorded in a single day.Of the latest deaths, two were reported in Dhaka South City Corporation, while one each was reported in Dhaka North City Corporation and Mymensingh division, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).With the new deaths and cases, the country's dengue death toll has risen to 97, while the total number of cases stands at 35,846.Currently, 2,544 dengue patients are undergoing treatment at hospitals across the country.
