313 encroachments across 15 stretches removed in Cyberabad on August 1
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) removed 313 encroachments from roads, footpaths and other public spaces across 15 stretches on Saturday. | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) removed 313 encroachments from roads, footpaths and other public spaces across 15 stretches on Saturday, as part of its weekly ‘Walk Free’ initiative.The enforcement drive covered a total distance of 17.95 km across the Serilingampally, Kukatpally and Quthbullapur zones, according to the civic body.The highest number of encroachments was removed in Quthbullapur Zone, where CMC teams cleared 154 encroachments along 6.85 km. This included 42 encroachments in Nizampet, 27 in Jeedimetla, 21 in Medchal, 18 each in Chintal and Dundigal, 16 in Kompally and 12 in Gajularamaram
