30 months in prison for man who fired gun near immigration agents during Operation Midway Blitz
A federal judge sentenced a man to 30 months in prison after he admitted that he fired a gun “in proximity of” U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents during the final days of Operation Midway Blitz last fall.
