3-Year-old Boy Allegedly Tied To Chair, Slapped, Hit At Delhi Day Care

The incident was reported from Makoons Play School in the Maujpur area of Northeast Delhi. Delhi Police has registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
