3 pedestrians struck in 3½-hour span after Las Vegas Valley crashes

A 61-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries after the e-bike he was operating was involved in a crash with a vehicle Sunday night in the cental Las Vegas Valley, the third crash involving a pedestrian in a 3½-hour span.
