(PTI File Photo) Five members of a family died after their car plunged into a gorge near Lahad in Himachal Pradesh’s Chamba district on Monday night while returning home after taking their three-month-old baby to Chandigarh’s Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) for treatment, officials said. Their Alto skidded off the Bharmaur–Pathankot National Highway amid heavy rainfall, dense fog, and poor visibility.
