3 men shot in Near West Side drive-by

Three men are recovering at Stroger Hospital after being shot during a drive-by Tuesday night on the Near West Side. The men were outside in the 2100 block of West Jackson Boulevard around 10:15 p.m. when a vehicle passed by and someone inside opened fire, Chicago police said.
