3 killed, including gunman, in Minneapolis mass shooting

3 people were killed, and several others injured, after a gunman opened fire in a Minneapolis high-rise building. 3 police officers were injured in the shooting, including one who was in surgery as of Wednesday night. The shooter was found dead by police officers. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports.
