2nd-degree murder charge laid in death of 16-year-old girl at north Edmonton townhouse

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with second-degree murder after a 16-year-old girl was killed at the Park Hill Condominium townhouse complex in north Edmonton's Hairsine area.
