2027: Businessman sues INEC, NDC over substitution of his name in Enugu North ticket

The plaintiff said he initially won the NDC's primary for the district but only discovered the alleged substitution after obtaining a Certified True Copy of the candidate's information uploaded to INEC on 23 July, which recognised Patrick Asadu as the party’s candidate.
