2 Ghanaians ask ICC to probe xenophobic violence in South Africa

Two Ghanaians have petitioned the International Criminal Court (ICC) to open a preliminary investigation into attacks against ​foreign nationals in South Africa, which they said could constitute crimes against humanity.
