160 students take part in Elephant Day drawing contest at Vizag zoo

RAJU The Indira Gandhi Zoological Park (IGZP) in Visakhapatnam organised a drawing competition on the occasion of World Elephant Day, in which around 160 students from various schools and colleges participated. The event, held at Zoo Bioscope from 10 a.m. to noon, was conducted across three categories based on age group, with themes ranging from “My Elephant and Its Keeper” to human-elephant coexistence.Zoo authorities said the competition was conducted on Sunday and that results would be declared soon.Curator G.
