15 reported dead amid spate of rains due to habagat, storms, says PNP

MANILA, Philippines — Fifteen individuals were reported dead amid the onslaught of the southwest monsoon (habagat) and tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay (international name: Kujira), according to the Philippine National Police (PNP). Data shared by PNP public information chief Col. Allen Rae Co in a press briefing in Camp Crame on Monday showed that the
