135 doctors sickened by salmonella outbreak at Mexico City’s General Hospital

Authorities reportedly ignored doctors' initial complaints of food poisoning symptoms, adding to the seriousness of the outbreak. The problem has since been traced to an in-hospital eating facility run by outside contractors.
