129 market stall owners in Batac City get livelihood aid after fire

SAN ILDEFONSO, ILOCOS SUR, Philippines — A total of 129 stall owners affected by the fire that hit the City of Batac Public Market in Ilocos Norte last July 5 received livelihood assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to help them resume their businesses, the agency said on Friday, Aug. 14.
