10 ‘maleta boys’ arrested after failure to post bail over perjury charges

MANILA, Philippines — Ten of the 18 alleged bagmen of former lawmaker Zaldy Co, or the so-called “maleta boys” were arrested by the police on Friday after they failed to post bail over four counts of perjury. Ten of them were read their Miranda Rights before they were taken into custody. Assistant Chief of Police
