The Royal Collection Trust has made its £1 ticket scheme for people in receipt of UC and six other benefits from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) permanent.‌After a trial, the Royal Family's residences will allow Universal Credit claimants - and those who get six other benefits - in for just a quid. A previous trial saw 30,000 benefits claimants snap up £1 tickets - and now the trial is permanent.‌£1 tickets for admission to Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Royal Mews and The King’s Galleries in London and Edinburgh, are available to anyone in receipt of seven DWP benefits.‌R
